Offer 1
Straightforward rap recording, mixing and mastering
Arrive well prepared with your beat on a USB stick and we can start straight away. Put on your headphones and rap over your beat, ideally knowing the lyrics by heart. We record three passes and edit together the best takes of the verses and chorus. The hook is doubled until three clean layers sit together, followed by doubles of key lines and ad-libs. We tidy up the edit, mix the vocals with the beat, then process the result through our analogue mastering chain with EQs and compressors. Your MP3 and WAV files go back onto the USB stick at the end of the session.
