There are several approaches to mastering: digital mastering, analogue mastering, or ideally a combination of both.

As with mixing, we use a hybrid approach to mastering. This allows precise changes to the master at any time.

Because we mix and master many different projects every day, being able to recall settings is essential. For standard mastering, please supply a stereo WAV file at 24 bit / 44 kHz or higher.

We are happy to create a test master on request. Our Equipment page presents the plug-ins and hardware available in the studio. We also offer stem mastering.

For stem mastering, the producer supplies grouped tracks, such as drums, bass, guitars, keyboards, lead vocals, backing vocals and effects. This allows more targeted adjustments and can produce even better results than mastering a stereo mix.
